The past few months I have been reading books about the Southwest, learning much and enjoying the atmosphere of New Mexico and Arizona as it was and how it has changed. Canyon of Remembering surprised me with its depth of characters.

The story is true to its setting and invites you deep into the lives of city and prairie dwellers/5(27). A beautiful book. I didn't want it to finish.
